Summer’s Eve

Awful Purdies are celebrating 20 years as a band by throwing a party with some of our favorite women artists. The stage will be tucked into the woods, providing a beautiful and shaded space to gather. Here are the details for this family-friendly concert:

Where: Flat Black Studios
5012 540th St SE, Lone Tree, IA 52755 Carpool if you can!

Music Schedule:
Stephanie Catlett 6 pm
Night Lights 7 pm
Awful Purdies 8-9:30 pm

Other activities: Feel free to arrive early and spend time in the surrounding woods and field or swim in the pond  *there will be NO lifeguard on duty, and adults must be present if kids are swimming*; giant bubbles and sun print art activity 3-5 pm; optional fireside jam after the concert

Cost: A $20-$40 suggested donation is due at the entrance; kids under 18 are free!

Food options: We plan to have a food truck that evening, so bring some cash; packing a picnic is also an option; BYOB

What else to bring: a friend or two, a chair/blanket, water, a towel & swimsuit if you'd like to swim, sunscreen, bug spray, a flashlight/headlamp, an instrument (optional), cash for the entrance fee and to buy new merch!

*Camping out is an option if you are interested, but no food/amenities will be provided aside from the outhouse.
